About Trekking Paltan, Pune Group

Nature of the Group :
Paltan ( पलटण ) is Marathi word which means a group of people working on same task of same goal. Especially a troop of army sent on particlur operation is called Paltan.  

The group is non registered informal group of  amateur and non-professional  trekkers. 

We do all expenses by contribution of each member by own. 

We don't ask or accept any donation.

Objectives:

•        To create awareness about the historical, health, social and environmental importance       of trekking.
•        To spread awareness  about the safety on trekking.
•        To organize treks and carry out cleanliness activities on destinations for members .
