Cleanliness on Harihar Fort
Harihar fort is about 25 km from Nashik city near Tryambakeshwar. It is about 280 km from Pune.
The fort is known for its beautiful thrilling steps carved. Its very risky to climb up.

Activity : Paltan members picked up all plastic litters made by careless visitors all over the fort. Lots of plastic water bottles, food packets, chocolate wrappers etc. were thrown on steep slops of the fort. Courageous members of the trekking paltan group get down such hard places and collected all in-degradable garbage from risky slops. All litter collected from the fort, slopes and trek route and handed over to the base village i.e. Harshwadi.
